Speaker
Maureen Burger, MSN, RN, CPHQ, FACHE - CNO, Visante, LLC
Description
Drug diversion didn’t disappear when the COVID-19 pandemic started in 2020. Many changes associated with managing the COVID-19 pandemic may in fact be creating new opportunities for drug diversion that could be difficult to detect if you don’t know what you are looking for. The impact on staff, family, and the community has resulted in an increase in mental health needs and substance use disorders. This webinar is designed to help you identify ways to mitigate new diversion risk points and to be prepared to help your staff and community cope.
